    Your guide meets you at the door by name. Tea while you settle, and a few questions about how you are feeling today.

  2. Settle

    A quiet room, warmed and prepared before you walk in. Phones away. Nobody else on the floor.

  3. The ritual

    Everything in this visit, in the order your guide recommends:

    Full-body red lightYou lie back on the Trifecta bed while red and near-infrared light warms your whole body.
    PEMFA pulsed electromagnetic field mat. You lie still and warm while it works quietly beneath you.
    VibrationA gentle vibration underneath you, felt more than heard.
    Hydration ritualA slow hydration ritual to finish: infused water, mineral salt and a few quiet minutes.

    Sit as long as you like. Your guide notes how you feel and what to try next time, so every visit builds on the last.
