1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services Provided

Charter Vitality Center provides wellness therapies, including but not limited to Red Light Therapy, PEMF Therapy, and Vibration Therapy. These services are intended for general wellness and relaxation. We are not a medical facility, and our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Memberships and Billing

If you enroll in a membership, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis as outlined in your membership agreement. Memberships may be canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy provided at the time of purchase.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the session, depending on your membership or package terms.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

The materials on Charter Vitality Center's website and the services provided at our facility are on an 'as is' basis. Charter Vitality Center makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations

In no event shall Charter Vitality Center or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, personal injury, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Charter Vitality Center's website or the services provided at our facility.
